Some parents are not receiving our email because Verizon and others may have filtered our emails as spam.  When you receive a Spam notice for our emails –

Verizon

send the original message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. (Please be sure that the above email address is the sole recipient. Do not add other recipients in the "To", "CC" or "BCC" fields, or Verizon will not receive your message. Do not alter the original message by adding or removing comments, text, or attachments.) Verizon will reevaluate the digital signature and adjust their spam filters.

Add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as a contact. You should have clear our spam issue within 2 hours and able to receive our emails thereinafter

Gmail and Others 

  1.  Open Gmail, click on more labels
  2. Open spam
  3. Check all This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. messages
  4. Click not spam button on top
  5. Go to contact add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as a contact
